Terms of Use

Last updated: July 22, 2026

1. Acceptance

By accessing pauthnow.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Informational only; no medical, pharmacy, legal, or insurance advice

The Site provides general information about PAuthNow's administrative support services for medication prior authorizations. Nothing on the Site is medical, pharmacy, legal, or insurance advice. PAuthNow's staff are administrative specialists and are not licensed clinicians, pharmacists, or physicians. Prior authorization outcomes depend on the prescriber's medical judgment and the applicable health plan or PBM's determination. No content on the Site should be relied on as a substitute for a consultation with a qualified professional.

3. Not a business associate relationship

Visiting the Site does not create a HIPAA business associate relationship with PAuthNow, and does not obligate PAuthNow to receive or protect any Protected Health Information you may attempt to submit through the Site. See our HIPAA / BAA page for how business associate obligations are established.

4. No guarantees

PAuthNow does not represent, warrant, or guarantee that any specific prior authorization request will be approved. Approval decisions are made by health plans and pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs).

5. Trademarks & third-party names

Payer, PBM, and product names referenced on the Site (for example, health plan, PBM, or medication names) are trademarks of their respective owners. Use of those names is descriptive only and does not imply affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — text, graphics, layout, logos, and code — is owned by PAuthNow or licensed to it and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PAuthNow will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
