This Privacy Notice describes how PAuthNow ("PAuthNow", "we", "our") collects, uses, and protects information collected through our website at pauthnow.com. It does not describe how we handle Protected Health Information (PHI) received from our provider clients — that is governed separately by the applicable Business Associate Agreement (BAA), HIPAA, and any state law that applies.
2. Do not submit PHI through this website
The pauthnow.com website is a marketing website. Please do not submit patient names, dates of birth, member IDs, clinical notes, or any other PHI through the contact form, email links, or any other channel on this site. If you need to transmit PHI to us, we will provide a secure channel after a BAA is in place.
3. Information we collect
- Information you provide. Name, organization, work email, role, and free-text message when you submit the contact form.
- Automatically collected. Standard web server log data such as IP address, user-agent, referring URL, and pages viewed, used for security and site operation.
- Cookies. This site uses a minimal set of first-party cookies necessary for site operation. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking pixels on this site.

- To respond to your inquiry and provide requested information.
